Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

This document outlines the official policy of Ruhanir Engine and its operational divisions (Ruhanir IT and Ruhanir Store).

The applicable terms and specifications are stated on the product or service page and in the order confirmation.

1. Essential Browser Storage and Cookies

Ruhanir Store uses strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to provide core e-commerce functions:

• Shopping Bag (`rs_cart`, `ruhanir_store_cart_v2`): Retains your selected cart items across page navigations.
• Session Authentication (`sb-access-token`): Maintains your secure authenticated customer or staff session.
• Language Preference (`preferred_lang`): Remembers your preferred storefront language (Bengali or English).

2. Bot Protection and Security Verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our services, customer accounts, and order processing systems from automated spam, fraudulent checkout attempts, and credential stuffing attacks, we integrate Cloudflare Turnstile:

• Where Loaded: Turnstile's client script (`challenges.cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/api.js`) is loaded exclusively on interactive transaction and security forms: account creation, password reset, guest checkout, inquiry submission, order tracking lookup, and login progressive challenges. It is not loaded during general storefront catalog browsing.
• Storage and Cookies: Turnstile does not deploy persistent third-party tracking cookies or cross-site profiling cookies. Cloudflare processes ephemeral, privacy-preserving browser clearance signals within the session solely to distinguish human visitors from automated bots.
• Third-Party Telemetry: During verification, basic network and browser telemetry (such as IP address, challenge completion timestamp, and client user-agent) is transmitted directly to Cloudflare, Inc. for threat analysis and bot mitigation under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
